Lovely piece of kit, shaves the ice well but works better with ice cubes rather than crushed ice (I had to keep stopping and pushing the crushed ice pieces down as they kept getting wedged). Makes great slush and fab for cocktails. Base has suction feet which grip well and make it sturdy and doesn’t move on the worktop, easy to use and good value for money too!

This machine is very noisy when in use, but that’s not exactly surprising considering that it’s chopping up lumps of ice. It’s easy to use; put the stirrer in the jug, lock the jug into place in the machine, fill the top of the machine with ice cubes, select how finely crushed you want your ice with the dial on the front, put the lid on and twist, then stand back and let it chew through the ice cubes. Filling the hopper with ice cubes results in approximately half a jug of shaved ice which is enough for two small (approx 200ml) slushies or a medium to large iced coffee. The fine setting is ideal for slushies and the coarser ones better for adding to other drinks. My only complaint is that it takes a couple of refills of ice cubes to fill the jug and a larger hopper or way to continually drop extra ice in until the jug was full would be nice.

Absolutely rubbish. Stirrer bar does not locate properly. Ice bin is too small. Look for another machine and avoid this one .

Pretty useless, not strong enough, needs alot of help moving the ice around to try and crush it. Not worth the time

Love, love, love this!!! I use it almost daily. As a middle aged woman this has proven to be my saving grace with helping me to keep cool. It does crush/shave the I e smaller than I’d like - even in the biggest setting, but it is better than any of the others I’ve found or used. So yes I love it!
