This is the best little frying pan. It cooks to perfection. Heats up and nothing sticks, Its heavy duty and well made. I have fried wontons in it, sauted vegetables and fried chicken. I am now going to purchase the larger ones to go with this.

This is a nonstick pan that performs exactly as advertised. Uniformly cooks the food and allows you to shift the food easily while cooking. I do very lightly add some olive oil or avocado oil to the cooking surface before cooking. Avoid cooking anything at really high temp and you’re good to go. It will clean up easily. It’s a heavy pan and has a good sized cooking area. The lid is clear glass and sits securely on the pan. The lid handle does get hot so use an insulated mitt or cloth to lift it while cooking. I would recommend using wooden utensils to mitigate any potential damage to the cooking surface. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a high quality cooking pan. I have had only positive experiences with this product.

Purchased another product (less expensive) but it just didn't work out for us as shown in another review. This product is beautiful and the quality is as advertised. Just goes to prove you pay for what you get I guess. Non-stick, cleans up quickly, large surface and a good lid. Totally happy with this pan.

I got the Hexclad frying pan - you know, the one that the great British chef Gordon Ramsay is peddling?? Yeah, that one. I was duped. It's garbage - it's barely nonstick, it heats up way faster than stainless steel and gets way hotter so EVERYTHING burns and then you can't scrub it off. I'll save the hexclad bashing for that review. But - I got this Circulon pan instead based on other reviews and after researching the company a bit and seeing how seriously they take their R&D. Anyway, this pan is PHENOMENAL. No sticking, the nonstick surface (supposedly) won't scratch off like the CuisineArt one did, heats up rather quickly as it's on the thinner side, not too heavy - and size is perfect. Highly recommend this pan - 10/10.

This inch drops completely inside my other 10 inch pans without even touching the sides. I guess it’s great for a 9.5 inch pan, but they lied.

I have great hopes for this 5-quart saute pan, and so far it's an excellent choice. The stainless steel exterior is attractive, and it works great on our induction stovetop. This pan is obviously on the pricier side. And although I tend to be a value-minded shopper, I got tired of buying saute pans that warped and whose non-stick surfaces wore out after a year and a half. The build quality of this pan suggests that won't happen this time; if it does, I'll return here and adjust my rating. One of our key requirements is that the pan has to work on induction, and this one does; the stainless steel cladding gave me confidence that the heat induction would spread across the entire bottom of the pan. (Beware some other brands that say they're induction compatible but barely meet the lowest standard in this area, including some high-end options.) The non-stick surface is super easy to clean (and we put it to the test!); if it lasts half as long as the stated "130X longer", I'll be delighted.

This was an extremely awesome anti-stick skillet and the best I have ever seen. The only problem is it only lasted for about 10 months and suddenly the non-stick surface stopped being non-stick. That's pretty bad that it can't last even a whole year

My family and I love these pans. We had non-stick and they're so questionable after a while, this one seems much safer to cook with. They clean easily, you don't have to micromanage someone using a metal utensil in it, and they can also be used on induction surfaces. I'll be adding more to my collection.

Not had the pan long butt so far very good its very good non stick pan

We are very pleased with these Circulon Scratch Defence 22cm and 25cm frying pans. The deep grooves and thick non-stick coating seem much better than on our older Circulon pans, which are about 6 years old. These feel more substantial and so far have performed very well. Even after heavy use, the inside of the pans still looks excellent, which is exactly what you want from a good non-stick pan. The handles are comfortable to hold, feel secure, and it is useful that they are oven safe as well. They are also easy to clean, although we only hand wash ours. The only slight downside is that the stainless steel sides and base can discolour a bit if food gets baked on, but that is really more of a cosmetic issue than a performance problem. Overall, these have been an excellent buy and feel like a definite step up from our previous pans

Great pan, cooks evenly, nothing sticks and I’ve used a metal pan scourer on it with no damage. If I really wanted to find fault I would say that the handle is at a slightly strange angle, as in it’s flat to the pan as opposed to being on a slightly upward angle but Im splitting hairs there.

Excellent fry pan but too large to put in my oven

I was dubious about this. The pan is expensive. However it's light and durable and it's a hot to cook with. It's easy to clean and so far it's taken over every pan I use because it's so nice to use. The only problem you might have is the shallow sides. Food comes out quite easily as the non stick is quite amazing.
