Working good since it’s installation. Good product to use

Dont Buy any Hisense product. Product is good till any problem surfaces because once any problem comes, the customer service is so pathetic and their engineers are so annoying that one will regret the decision to buy this product. I purchased this tv on 23rd September 2025 during Dusherra sale. Tv was working fine till march 2025 but it stopped working on its own. Then I complained about it on customer care or i would say customer harassment as it takes infinite time to reach out to customer care executive and their executive have a standard dialogue of waiting for 24-48 hours but no one bothers to take the things seriously. Then finally after 3 days the technical appeared but they are totally blank what to do. Ideally if the problem is not identified then one should safely transport the tv to service centre but every time they will come and take a part from tv in the name of replacement and then gives you a job to regularly contact customer care or technician with standard reply that the part is not available. This is the situation of customer service in Delhi NCR, what will happen in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and this is the situation when the tv is in warranty period. So I would suggest don’t put your hard earned money in such brands.

Best smooth tv at this price range, various types of special feature that given in this to customise according your choices and preferences, picture quality is good over all use filmmaker mode that combine the 4k upscaler with the director level picture quality ,sounds option is less but sound is good enough to satisfy you, at this price this tv offer more than enough various specifications that can't given by any top companies like lg and samsung after spent 35k-40k on 4k only .... Don't be silly or craze keep in mind there is no good quality will be offer like qhd 4k qled etc these things are way to spread propoganda ,these types of specifications have higher market value that above 48k ...don't be foolish beaware these kind of data .... Buy best for price! Not price of best ! These kind of thing may be brain wash... Thanks to read this review otherwise this tv is mind-blowing if you buy at the price of 21k to 22k you don't need to overthinking about that I hope you all customers will get great decision at all Thanks ,and thanks to Hisense that this entry level product is mind-blowing

Low budget TV ,nice display

Hardware is good. Sound is superb but not satisfied with Google TV. Also, it looks like Smart Tv OS needs to evolve a lot. I cannot understand why is Google TV so slow in response even from the remote. I need to use Turbo mode. Still not good enough. I have all complains for Google TV. I Hope Hisense tv last long. The TV is 4K but watching on 4K consume 25 mbps speed. Full HD is good enough. So, if your net speed is slow then watch on Full HD. Rest of the bandwidth you can use on other device. On Full HD, only 8 to 9mbps speed is used. Oct 4th 2025: Update: I think hardware is not of a good quality. Pairing takes a long time before even it list Bluetooth devices available to be paired. On paper, specifications may look good.
