Does this foot rest massage?

After removing the foot rest from its vacuum packaging how long does it take for the foot rest to fully form as ours is extremely flat?

Mine is also very flat, with no curve at all as shown in the photos. The foam in mine is not memory foam-just a flat piece of yellowed foam with barely any give to it. The pictures were definitely nothing like what mine was. I am completely dissatisfied & plan to return & purchase another brand.

Will this pillow be used in shoes or barefoot?

Both are fine. The cover is smooth, don't worry about barefoot injury. And removable cover for easy cleaning.
