Review: Does what it says..... - There are a number of different bb (Budget Boost) lifts on the market and they all do the same thing - lift the vehicle 2". This is a good lift made of a good quality material that doesn't lead to squeaks or any rattling. One thing to consider is purchasing a 10mm (may want to verify height) spacer to level the vehicle - most vehicles including the 99-04 WJ Grand Cherokee are lower in the front and slightly higher in the back. In addition to the bb lift, you will want to consider getting new shocks that are the right size for a vehicle that has a 2" lift on it...especially if you do plan on doing any off-roading that will articulate the suspension and axles. In addition, you will want to verify that the brake lines are long enough - with a 2" lift there shouldn't be an issue, but it's always good to double check! Happy Trails.... Review: Have spring compressors on hand to make it really easy. - Like the other reviews stated, lifted the vehicle 2 inches. The rears blocks, I feel were pretty easy, the fronts werent bad. I did have to get coil spring compressors, make life easier for yourself, have these handy from the start, would have made the rear blocks even easier. But, I didn't and the lift that I get with these is just what I needed. I got them so I could get under the car to do things like change the oil, and replace parts like my starter if I ever need to.
