Will these fit Pace Edwards explorer rails?

I would suggest not purchasing these if they did. Yakima had a poor design and was aware of it. I installed these on my tonneau cover and they ruined it because the mounting bolt head that slides in the track was too small. Roll-N-Lock replaced the rails for free because of Yakima’s negligence. Yakima eventually sent me a new set of bolts after they redesigned them. They offered no compensation to me or Roll-N-Lock. I’m not even sure they apologized. After this experience I no longer utilize Yakima’s products and think of them as a second rate dishonest company. I also couldn’t be more complimentary of Roll-N-Lock. Hope that makes sense, busy now but wanted you to know who you’re dealing with.

I’m trying to figure out all the parts I need for my Yakima truck bed build. Do these slide in the the t-slot and you mount the towers to these?

This is the kit specifically for the retrax xr tonneau cover, the landing pads go over the rails and the hardware slides into the slot. The towers than insert and bolt up to these,

Is this the kit for Toyota Tacoma beds?

No, it fits on Retrax tonneau covers. The Yakima kit for Toyotas will specify fits c-channels whihc are unique to Toyota and I think Chevy/GMC.

Yakima Tonneau Adapter for Roll-n-Lock on Gladiator

No issues installing the adapters on the Roll-n-Lock - I trimmed the rubber feet given how shallow the tonneaus tracks are.

Perfect Fit and Function

This worked perfectly with the Yakima HD Overhaul Ladder Rack ordered for my 2021 Ford Ranger to fit in conjunction with the Retrax XR rollup Torneau cover installed on my truck.

Super easy install, but seems expensive for the amount of hardware that you receive. 4 rubber pads, 8 t-bolts, and 8 nuts for a pretty hefty price (though better than from the OEM). I think the set could be priced around $50, make a good value, and also make a good profit for the company.

Works with the ReTraxONE XR

This looks and preforms great. I was concerned about the problem some where having by over tightening the "T bolts". I haven't had that problem, and see no reason to tighten this down using all four feet. The product has worked well.
