I originally rated this chair a 3. The chair was great and very comfortable. Some of the parts (the arm pads) were impacted and squished in packaging. My new rating of a 5 is based on two things. 1st: The chair is amazing. It is firm but also very comfortable. The color is exactly what I expected. It was simple to put together and it rolls easily on both carpet and hardwood flooring. This is a great product and I would recommend this chair to anyone. 2nd: The customer service team is amazing. They reached out immediately after my review. They offered to rectify the situation by replacing the two arms. They also offered me a $30 refund for the inconvenience. They emailed me every step of the way including shipping and tracking. I received the new parts within 3 days of them shipping. They were amazing and should do a Ted Talk on customer service because they are far and away the best I have dealt with.

Wow! Perfect computer-gaming chair. Comfortable, adjustable, works as advertised, well priced. The best part: Made in Vietnam not China. Holes are drilled out. Not stamped. Screws are machined. Folks working at the manufacturing plant can read a depth gauge, micrometer, vernier caliper, use drilling equipment, work in a machine shop, and know how to make a great product. This is a great chair for the price. I use this for my home office, which I work 40 hours a week out of since I’m a remote worker. it’s very comfortable, the quality of the material is Excellent! easy to roll around easy to adjust. I like the fact that the arms can swing up out of your way so you can pull closer into your desk. It was very quick to assemble. the only slight drawback I give it is during the summer months it could trap some heat and make you feel a little sweaty since it doesn’t circulate air through the material that breaths, such as cloth does, but not a game changer since most people work in A/C environments. This chair is an excellent value for the price, as the comfort and build quality exceeds its price point. It is very well-built, with apparently high-quality materials. It reclines well and with the ability to raise the armrests it allows for flexible use. It is actually quite light in weight, which cannot be easily seen in the photo, however the lower weight does not make it feel like quality is an issue - quite the contrary. I bought this for work and needed a quick replacement for an aging chair, so my first choice was something lower in price that could get here fast, but this chair is far better than what is sold on other office furniture retailers and for a much lower price. I am 5'6" and 180 lbs with a slight muscular build and I sit comfortably in this chair. It rolls smoothly and everything fits together well. I have already recommended this to friends and colleagues. This is a rare find for the price. This is definitely the chair to buy!

I’ll start by saying I have never assembled anything in my life. Usually if something requires tools, I immediately start looking for the “call someone else” option. But I really liked this chair, so I watched a quick YouTube video and gave it a shot. Surprisingly, it was very easy to put together. If I can assemble it, honestly anyone can. The only part where I needed a little help was attaching the back of the chair to the base. Not because it was complicated — it was just a little heavy and awkward to hold while lining everything up. Once that was done, the rest was smooth sailing. The chair itself is super comfortable and has great back support, which is perfect for long hours at my desk. The only downside is that the armrests don’t adjust, but it ended up working out fine for me. It actually barely clears sliding under my desk, so the height is pretty much perfect for me. Overall, I’m really happy with it. And the biggest surprise? I successfully assembled furniture and nothing went wrong, which might be the real miracle here.

Chair seemed great right after assembly. It looked great and felt nice to sit in for hours while I’m working. It’s been a month, and it creaks and squeaks all the time. It is not very sturdy. It does not sit up straight on its axis. The locking bar to keep your chair from reclining is always slipping, and well…I’ve just learned to lean in the chair. It’s wobbly and just wow… I really thought I caught a deal. If I had known I just would’ve spent more money on a higher quality chair. If you just need something to sit on at your desk that looks halfway decent, this is your chair. If you are looking for something substantial, of quality and made well, keep looking.

We bought five of these chairs...not for an office, but for the dining table. We wanted to replace the chairs that came with the table we bought, and these were a good, reasonably priced option. We love that the arms can be pulled up so it can roll all of the way under the table. The fact that the chairs are comfy and they can lean back, adjust up and down, pivot, and roll around is great, too. I should also add that our dining room table converts into a poker table/gaming table so, again, these are great for that. On a side note, we've only had these for a few weeks and my husband is concerned about their sturdiness. As we all know, you get what you pay for and, at this price, who knows how long they will hold up. But, fingers crossed, they will last for awhile. My final note - the service desk was helpful. We did have an issue with a seat cushion arriving with the stitches busted, but the issue was taken care of through the help desk people via emails (through Amazon).
