Seems like mine were around 9.00 but I don't remember for sure. I've had them 1-2 years. I don't remember if I had to pay shipping.

Is it dishwasher safe?

It’s plastic. & small. If you need to wash it a dishwasher isn’t going to be necessary. If a dishwasher is used I would only use top shelf.
