Failed to make the machine move.in particular,6090 router.i bought the software and license ,after loading ,software ran on the computer but failed to move the machine as though stuck in sample mode.??

The thumb drive sent has all ya need to install, and has the instructions. The seller communicates realy fast and they provide a number to call them directly for tech support if needed. I thank them for a great transaction, and friendly service I will do business with seller again.
