This versatile air fryer is low noise, easy to use and turns out great food in short order. The ceramic coating, as opposed to other non-stick coatings, was attractive to me as I am very conscious of this issue. Excellent value.

This is my third air fryer and it was the least expensive and by far the best. Also I bought it for the ceramic plate which is much safer than other non stick surfaces on most air fryers. It is light weight and very easy to clean.

After extensive research, we decided to buy the DASH air fryer with the ceramic coated basket to avoid flaking/toxins. We just got the DASH air fryer today and tested it with tator tots. Nice, crispy result without using expensive conventional oven! Easy and quick, 1 pot to wash. We are curious to see if we will actually notice a difference in the electricity bill as we will mainly use the oven for casseroles anymore. Next to try in the DASH: frozen meatballs, roasted veggies, garlic bread, fish, reheating pizza... We did not notice any odd smells and the air fryer was extremely quiet. It is small but perfect if one wants to use it even when cooking for 1. Yet big enough for a 2 person meal too.

Pros It’s super cute, the size is nice for one or small re-heats. It heats fast and it’s almost silent. Cons Top is a matte plastic, pics look shined but no..the white looked cheap like a white cooler top. Black top on cream looks better. Thermos is way off. If you need 400° then turn down to 300°. Literally. Also, DASH, what is up with the interface!?! Put food in, close it, and then you have to stand there like a dope for 4 seconds while the control panel blinks and beeps 4 times. Why?? Then the default is 400° 20 mins but since that temp burns most things w/in 5-10 mins, the default is useless! So I have to wait 6-8 seconds as I wait for 4 beeps, then press the time and temp manually or select a pre-set. Whyyyyy??? That’s so stupid! It’s 2024! I’ve never seen such a dumb oven interface ever..in 40 years of baking! Still, I kept it. Its dang cute lol

Because this device received so many glowing reviews I feared that it might be too good to be true - and, as it turned out, it's exactly good enough to be true! It's a terrific small air fryer, capable of cooking two normal-sized portions of just about anything: I've found that it does especially well with salmon, baked potatoes, caulifower or cabbage "steaks", and even baking small cakes. While washing it after use one day I managed to lose one of the tiny silicone "socks" from the corner of the crisping tray (there are four of them) so contacted Dash hoping to purchase replacements. Instead, they provided a new set of socks under warranty, free-of-charge. This was totally unexpected as the error was my own and not due to a problem with the appliance: I'm grateful for so thoughtful a level of customer care!

There’s no way to know if it’s preheated. The instruction manual is very spartan. It’s also has a very small drawer. It does clean up very easily.

I thought we’d need bigger, but this is perfect for two people. It is super fast and efficient. I don’t think it even needs to preheat because of the size, but it fits enough for a whole meal.

Great new DASH Ceramic air fryer I am absolutely delighted with the new air fryer which is a great improvement over the original model which I have been using for 5 years. And it is still good enough to give away. The new model comes with digital temperature and time settings so much easier and faster to use than the old knobs . This model is somewhat bigger and provides more much appreciated cooking space. I like the new shape with the carrying handle. It is very affordable - a good thing...
