Worked great for 14 months, but stopped.
This worked great for 14 months, but now when you turn the knob, only one area works, and when it does the pump tries to stay on continuously. I feel like this should have lasted much longer than a year. Update: before finishing this review, I decided to take it apart and investigate. It is definitely a faulty motor that's struggling to turn on. It wobbles, gets hot, and I can see black residue all over the adjacent housing.

Don't cut the Hose !
The hose has a wire inside so don't cut it if you want to add an extension .

Ready to use, easy to setup
Works great, its pretty much plug and play, so it was ready to use in a few minutes. The motor itself is a bit noisy but if installed under a cabinet its not a problem. Fits standard fridge and icemaker tubing so it was easy to hook up to the fridge

Defective Adapter - Unethical Selling
I opened the box after a month of buying since i was not a available to fix this, only to find out the adapter is not working. I brought in a technician to fix this with my refrigerator just to be embarrased that rh adapter doesnt work. Weird they sell defective material online. Where is the accountability ?
