A great source to aid in boosting energy, immunity, skin, hair, nails, gut health, and joint support. I wish there was a larger quantity in the bottle to purchase due to it is a household use.

I purchased this product because of all the hype I was seeing on social media. I haven't taken it consistently however I will do so and I may need to change my review. What I did notice that it was helping me get sufficient sleep. I work later in the day 2pm - 12:30am 4 days a week and often when I would finish working I would stay up for hours on end. When I would take these capsules I would be exhausted at the end of my shift, fall asleep quickly and stay asleep (not an issue for me since I am a remote employee). I also did notice that I was able to focus and think clearly. My work entails providing the best customer service possible when it comes to ones financial matters. There were multiple instances when individuals would call me with a question or concern and my brain was processing the steps I needed to take in lightening speed.

I am enjoying the benefits of taking this sea moss product. I take 3 in the morning and I feel energized. I do my workout without any issues. I’m 69 years old and I feel great. This was my second order. My nails are not brittle anymore, and my hair is healthier. I would recommend buying this product. Elements wild crafted sea moss. Worth the price.
