I purchased this for my 86-year-old mother who has balance issues to help her sit down and stand up from the couch. She likes it and uses it. It was easy to put together, and it is sturdy. The padded top “handlebar” has just the right amount of cushioning for comfort without making it tok bulky to grip.

This has become one of my most important possessions that I use daily. The quality is excellent. I love how that four feet work together to stabilize me whenever I am moving from my wheelchair to another space such as the restroom, or to my couch or bed. When I am standing, I can hold on with both hands or just one. I am so glad I bought this item.

While the pricing was fair and it was easy to assemble (and disassemble) I am not sure about the sturdiness of this product, as it can move and shift as you are holding on to it. I think the stability is not as good as it could be and therefore, the support is a bit lacking. It is adjustable size-wise so it will fit any sized person, which is a plus.

I broke my leg pretty badly and will be off of that foot for at least two months. This device has been amazing. I keep it by my bedside, to help me stand up, as my bed is kind of low to the ground, and difficult to get out of. I also use it by the shower to hold my clothes so I can switch into them between drying off and getting back up. The little pocket is also helpful — I store my little things, like pen, nail clipper, and lip balm in it so that they’re all handy.

Not stable enough

It was smaller than I expected, but it turns out it was exactly what I needed. It's very sturdy, it was very simple to put together, and I'm certain I'll be using it quite a bit. It makes standing up from a chair, so much easier and safer while I recover from surgery.

For my beds this doesn’t work for me. I find myself fighting to balance more with this than without.

I am 5ft3in tall and weigh 330 lbs was able to use this at my bed, in the bathroom, by the recliner, everywhere! Having the 4 feet made me feel more secure which was double when I used it. Would highly recommend to use for helping anyone stand and feel secure as they are doing so.

This item worked well for my husband when he came home from the hospital. He had it at the side of the bed at night and helped him get up in the morning. He would also have it beside him in the living room to help him up out of his chair. He also it helped in the bathroom. Great product.

Was sturdy enough & good quality material. However it cld use a couple holes for ability to move bar lower as was to high for proper balancing getting up from sofa, which made it unsteady..
