No bloated because of this product! ( with proper exercise and diet) I love it! But it is expensive.

I use these because the science appears to back them.

Severe headache, fatigue and black circle around eyes. I'm not myself since I have started. I only take these with Vitamin D and B Complex. So I will stop taking them and observe the symptoms, if they disappear I will adjust the review accordingly.

I have bought this from the original website of Seed and have had the worst experience so I will share it with you so you know, I’ve had the worst bloating for 21 days and I have reduced from 2 pills to 1 and I have gained 2kgs because I have been having a huge appetite because of it, I have also had puffy eyes and I never had dark circles before but I developed dark circles because of it be careful with this product!

Love these so much. They really do help with digestion and bloating. My only complaint is too much expensive packaging. I mean it's lovely and quality & possibly helps deter knockoffs but I know I (& the environment) would prefer less fancy packaging and a lower price. I really want to continue taking these and a lower price would insure that possibility. Because they are that good. Right now the price is pretty high for my budget. Easy to swallow capsules. I highly recommend trying them. Especially if you have bloating.
