No bloated because of this product! ( with proper exercise and diet) I love it! But it is expensive.

Severe headache, fatigue and black circle around eyes. I'm not myself since I have started. I only take these with Vitamin D and B Complex. So I will stop taking them and observe the symptoms, if they disappear I will adjust the review accordingly.

I have bought this from the original website of Seed and have had the worst experience so I will share it with you so you know, I’ve had the worst bloating for 21 days and I have reduced from 2 pills to 1 and I have gained 2kgs because I have been having a huge appetite because of it, I have also had puffy eyes and I never had dark circles before but I developed dark circles because of it be careful with this product!

So it was time for me to look into probiotics and I started hearing about Seed. It’s a bit on the expensive side but most really good probiotics are expensive. And these are really good. You get a month supply but once your gut start healing the next time you buy it, you can just take one a day you can turn it into a two month supply. Those random stomach grumbling has stopped. No more stomach aches after normal small meals. And no more random diarrhea even though I’m eating clean. I think I was suffering from leaky gut and I truly think these things are healing my gut and I’m so happy. I’m so glad I’m a nerd who watches so much information on YouTube because I’m very thankful for finding out about this brand.

I purchased this particular Synbiotic, because I wanted something that is actually helpful. Yes, it is more expensive than other brands. However, the quality is more beneficial and overall healthier. I gave it 4 stars and not 5, because I dislike the packaging. A lot of it was unnecessary and went into the garbage. The instructions say to take 1 daily and then increase it to 2 on day four. I am on day six and 1 does the job for me. You may be different from this, that is your own determination. No more constipation, no bloating, no gas, no heartburn, I will say that IF, IF I do not drink enough water, there is mild cramping. Drink enough water and problem solved. Great product I will be staying with.
