I’m honestly impressed with the LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Drink Variety Pack. It checks all the boxes—great taste, effective hydration, and a fun twist with the carbonation that makes it feel more like a treat than a supplement. Each flavor in the pack is crisp and refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial tasting. You can tell it’s designed for adults who want something functional but still enjoyable. The electrolyte balance really does make a difference too—I’ve noticed better hydration, especially after workouts or long days. But the real standout? The sparkle. That light fizz adds a little pizazz that makes it feel elevated compared to typical electrolyte drinks. It’s like a hydration upgrade that you actually look forward to drinking. If you want something that tastes great and works, this is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be reordering!

These definitely have a salty taste, but I like them. I drink them mid afternoon for a little pick me up and can feel a difference when I don’t drink one.

I really love LMNT, switched from liquid IV to these after they hooked me up with a free care package for being a fire fighter. Since then I have never gone back! The flavor is unique and addictive, now I start every day with either a carbonated can or a mix in powder before my workouts. I can not stress proper hydration enough, when it comes to every aspect of your life TBH. P.s. Pro tip from a 41 year old = drink one before and one after a long night of drinking alcohol for a Much better following day

Pretty good drink. Definitely salty, but sweet to even it out. Will purchase again because it’s an overall good product. However, be aware of packaging flaws. Out of the pack of 12, 3 cans were dented and will have to be cut open with a can opener. 1 can had broken open and leaked all over the other cans. At roughly $2.66/can, it was a bit disappointing how 4/12 cans were damaged with one that was unsalvageable.

I discovered LMNT back in 2020 and at the time had no clue what the science behind it was. But it was way outside my financial means at the time. Fast forward to 2022 and I started "splurging" on a box a couple of times a year because I noticed how much better I feel when I drink it versus other electrolyte mixes. (And I've always craved salt and was the kid who got in trouble for drinking the juice from cans of olives or jars of pickles... obviously my body has been trying to tell me something for years). Now I have a subscribe and save to my favorite flavors AND added in these! I'll admit, I don't quite love these as much as I prefer mixing my own powder to water ratio because I often go low water, drink a couple of ounces then make it very thin. 😎🍹 That said, when I'm not drinking LMNT or black coffee I'm sipping sparkling water like La Croix or Waterloo or Sprindrift so I was thrilled to find a sparkling version (they even can it here in Montana yay!). Now, this isn't an energy drink, there's no caffeine but if you don't regularly consume magnesium you might find this a good substitute for your morning coffee... in that it can get the digestive system going. I personally love it for afternoons at my restaurant job as it can get really hot in the kitchen and that midday slump is when everyone else starts chugging Monster and Red Bull. I'm just way too health conscientious to guzzle that stuff and wind up jittery, irritable, and more thirsty. I also notice less swelling in my hands and feet the following day after those 10-12 hour shifts when I have one of these about mid-shift.

Be advised, these are salty. May be an acquired taste for some. HOWEVER. I love these. I always WANT to eat/drink better but usually can’t commit to health focused drinks like this. I hate the taste of fake stuff and artificial sweeteners and whatnot. But these I love and have been consistently drinking. They make me feel GOOD afterwards too, like I just took an IV bag.

I was already familiar with how salty lmnt is but the sparkling doesn’t improve it by much. I do appreciate the electrolyte content and lack of sugar but these need to be super cold and maybe even slightly diluted to tolerate them. I do think these and their packets are really overpriced for what they are offering. The sparkling seems like a slightly better value given the convenience and the sparkling aspect vs still. Citrus is the best, black cherry has a strong flavor to help counteract the salt. Grapefruit is ok and watermelon was my least favorite. You don’t consume these for the flavor though. I do struggle from migraines which seem to be caused from electrolyte imbalances, and consuming one of these basically makes the migraine disappear.

Very good stuff and very very expensive! I can’t afford it anymore.
