I couldn't believe it. This was her 3rd one we bought to fit her as she grew and was happy with these chokers all along but never expected her to bust it chasing a critter one night. Maybe there 4mm would do the trick maybe it was a fluke it broke but my GDS is only 14 months old and a trim 70 lbs.So we wanted to play it safe we bought another brand a 6mm, this choker will tow a car. The dogs wore out before the collar did. These days, everything is made to be disposable including this chain. The "metal" is rather thin which I noticed when I removed it from the packing material.
