I purchased this based on a friends recommendation- it works so much better than all others I’ve tried for hangovers (I only used it the day after drinking). We bought a 30 pack and gave them out as part of the party favors- recipients reached out saying how it cured their hangover! It got rid of their headache, gave them energy to function and made them feel much better after a long day of drinking. The flavor and drinkability is much better than all others I’ve had- not overly sweet, not salty, and all of the flavors were delicious. Dissolves very well with no residuals at the bottom. Other brands’ flavors are hit or miss so I end up with extras of a certain flavor rejects. I dont leave product reviews too often but people need to know about this product!

Does what it says. I feel so hydrated after one pouch and I drink it the night before so that I feel well rested and completely hydrated in the morning to start my day. I’m not picky when it comes to taste - so if you are wanting an electrolyte drink to taste more like the liquid IVs you see in the stores - do not compare this product to those.

Each flavor is delicious and contains a ton of Vitamins B12 and C (on top of everything else) with only 4 grams of sugar. One thing to note is that each packet contains 40 mg of caffeine from the green tea ingredient so be careful drinking this in the evening if you're sensitive to caffeine like I am. I use a packet per day in the early afternoon as a pick-me-up and liver cleanse. One star off for being so expensive and because something in the Pineapple Mango Ginger upsets my stomach. Otherwise, this is an effective hydration solution. I feel totally hydrated and energized afterward.

Too sugary for me I wanted to like it but some flavors are sweeter than others

I am a breastfeeding mom and i love this electrolyte powder to help fuel my body. This stuff definitely ups my milk production and the yummy taste is a plus. I will say, you probably won’t like the taste if you don’t like ginger, it’s pretty strong!

Advertisement says nothing about “do not take if on blood pressure medication” would have been nice to know before ordering this. I was looking forward to trying it. :(
