Super Speedfit fittings and related products are not recommended for use with explosive gases, petroleum spirits, and other fuels or for central heating systems. Working Pressure and Temperature Range for Potable Liquids and Air Super Speedfit fittings are suitable for the following pressures and temperatures 10 Bar - 16 Bar @ +1°C 10 Bar - 16 Bar @ +20°C 07 Bar - 10 Bar @ +65°C Maintenance and Replacement Intervals John Guest products generally require little maintenance but as a minimum we recommend routine visual inspection. Frequency of visual inspection will depend on severity of application and risk of failure. If after visual inspection John Guest products appear damaged, cracked, charred, discoloured, heat distorted or corroded they should be replaced. Any product that is or appears to be leaking should be replaced. Product life is affected by the severity of the application, the hostility of the working environment and contact with aggressive chemicals or liquids. It is therefore important that specific replacement intervals be considered by specifiers/users/customers based on previous service life or when failure could result in unacceptable downtime, damage or injury risk. Review: Works perfectly to connect fridge tube to 15mm compression valve - This is brilliant. When my fridge arrived with a 24mm connection but the builders had left me with. 15 mm connection I tried to use an adapter but despite a plumber trying and copious amounts of ptfe tape it still had a very slow leak. This was screwed hand tight and pushfit to the tubing and no leaks at all. Why I can’t find this in the major diy stores I have no idea, but it is excellent.

**Q: Is it possible to remove the pipe from this fitting once inserted**
A: Yes all john Guest fittings are detachable you push the fitting clip forward to release the pipe there are tools on the market normally in 3 sizes 15mm 18,.. 22 mm come as a set under £5.00

**Q: 5/16 push fit connectir**
A: This fitting will not fit 5/16" Tube. I am afraid we do not do a 5/16" fitting in this style.

**Q: Will this connect to a pub co2 bottle**
A: I sure that one of the fittings will connect but you need to know the size of the connection on the bottle, I think it might be larger than 1/2 inch bps. Then once you know that get the connector that suits screw it on and push the 1/4 plastic pipe into the fitting. You need to push it in ALL the way to get a seal. I assume the water aerator you are using takes a 1/4 pipe, check this as well.
