I was looking for a selection of colours in one or palette rather than purchasing several single eyeshadows and was fortunate to come across Sleek makeup. The great thing about Sleek makeup is that their makeup caters for women of colour as well as white or fair skin women.I am of black caribbean origin and the colours in this Sleek eye palette are fabulous and suit my skin tone perfectly! I could wear any of these colours on their own or combine several. This palette is so good I am already deciding which other palette to buy! The colours in this palette are vibrant and have a subtle shimmer to them. In my view, they're probably more suitable for an evening or night out and not so much for everyday use. Personally I would wear more neutral/matt shades for during the day.Contained within the palette is a double-ended foam applicator, which is good as I prefer foam applicators when I applying eyeshadow as it gives a more intense coverage, then I'll use my brushes to blend in.My palette arrived quickly and very well packaged, so much so when first opening the palette there was no eyeshadow fall out inside which I was expecting caused during despatch. But it was totally clean and in perfect condition. Well impressed!!The reason I have given this review 4 stars is that I could have purchased this palette for slightly less at my local Superdrug store, but for the colours you get in this quality palette the price is very good! Overall very pleased with my purchase and delivery. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another beautiful palette from Sleek *by J***B on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 July 2016* I have so many sleek eyeshadow palettes and this was one of the last ones to complete my collection. It's a very warm toned palette, which is obvious seeing as it's called Sunset, but it's got a lovely range of shades including pops of bright colour if you're feeling adventurous. I had been looking for a orange/red based palette for a while so when I saw this I had to get it, and of course because it's Sleek- the quality is superb. The shadows last all day and don't fade (although I do use the Aqua Seal primer from Makeup Revolution so that has to take some credit!).This isn't really an everyday palette, for that you'd want the Au Naturel palette (which is one of the BEST sleek palettes by far) but this will look lovely in summer or even on holiday for summery/warm looks.Amazing shadows, best quality and definitely won't break the bank- Perfect! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by O***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 February 2014* I decided to buy this product based on the reviews and the price. It arrived fairly quick and in great condition. I live in Denmark so I was afraid it might break one or two colors but no, all fine. It didn't come with any protective plastic inside but the colors seemed untouched same as the brush. I liked the box, looks sturdy.The product is on the small side.The colors are great!. They have a lot of shimmer and in on stroke with the brush supplied you can get instantly a lot of color.They last very long. I used it in the afternoon and before going to bed it was still on!. I even rubbed one of my eyes by mistake and hardly any of the color came out, which is a plus.The downside are the ingredients. To be honest I felt a little "meh". It contains mica and talc, so people with allergies should be awared, it also contains parabens. I felt a small irritation when I removed it with an oil based make up eraser.
