I love this product. I buy fresh flowers, trim the stems, remove lower leaves, and put them in a vase with water and this product. Every 3 days, I trim 1/2" or 1" off flowers and replace the water and flower food. The flowers last for several weeks. Some flowers, such as carnations, last longer than others, such as roses.

I have fresh flowers weekly and try to be a good hostess. This vendors Crystal plant preservative have always been barking fresh and dissolves easily with out too much stirring effort. A+, I'm a repeat buyer.

This product doesn't last. I bought 100 packets because I buy a lot of cut flowers and thought that would last me a long time. I've used many but still have many left. It's been 2 years and 3 months and most of the ones I haven't used yet, have turned yellow and are no longer crystals, but kind of congealed masses. Some are still OK, and they're all in the same original bag, so not sure why some turned yellow and some didn't. There was no warning that this could happen. And it wasn't that expensive, less than $20 but still a big disappointment.
