Really good supplement. Doesn’t taste, good quality. Helps with focus and decent value for money. Would recommend. 1 per day doesn’t just fine.

I swear by the stuff easy to swallow

Lion's Mane seem to be one of the biggest buzzword supplements around at the moment though unlike most there might actually be clinical data to back up some of the claims. This AAVALABS supplement seems to offer a high dose of Lion's Mane as an extract but they don't break down the active ingredients within that so it's difficult to know quite what you're getting. If it's delivering active ingredient than it's a pretty good value supplement with the bottle containing 120 one-per-day capsules. The capsules themselves are moderately large but quite easy to swallow if you take them with food or drink, which is recommended. I don't get any negative reaction to these, no stomach upset or worse. This is the first time I've tried Lion's Mane so it may take a bit longer to judge the long-term effects but I did feel they were beneficial for mental alertness at first. That may have been my optimistic imagination and I'm less aware of this now, but sometime you don't notice the benefits until you stop. I'll let you know in another 90 days if they've been working, assuming I remember...

This helps me focus much better at work. When I ran out, I was a day without them and that’s when I really noticed their benefit. I had lots of brain fog and couldn’t concentrate. Within a few hours of taking one, I could concentrate much better and had more energy.

Really happy with this supplement. I had been trying the Lion's Mane but didn't experience Amy measurable effect. This combination has improved my balance and cognitive abilities at least enough to notice. I've been using them for about 45 days and will continue as long as I see these and other improvements.

Great quality, especially compared to other products. I have a disabling neurological illness, so I researched heavily for the best product. This is it! Beware other products as they don't contain the right parts of the lions mane, but they sell it as such (it's a technicality on word play).
