This I can honestly say that this is my very first real review. Only because I seem to never have time to leave an honest review. Until today. I received this product on April 3rd. I started out weighing 227lbs. Now I weighed myself this morning and now I weigh 217lbs. So what's that 10lbs in 2 days. I don't want to write a book here, but I can honestly say that this product does exactly what it says. It gets rid of water weight, it helps in bile movement, it brought my swollen ankles down. This is a good water pill. It has helped relieve bloating and decrease water weight, meanwhile not requiring me to pee every 30 min. I'm sure there are MANY products out there and I've tried a few others. This one seems to be light on the stomach and again not cause you to be running the bathroom all the time.
