Great TV with excellent picture quality and fairly easy to setup. The price literally went down $500 on Amazon 2 days after I received delivery. Of course, Amazon does NOT price match, even their own prices. You can return the unit and buy the lower priced TV but you have to have the original packaging and place the item outside your home, hard to do when all that packaging was removed during delivery (and I'm 77 with a heart condition, so moving it would be difficult to say the least). My wholehearted recommendation is to buy from a company that price matches, especially for large items and appliances. Smaller items are easier to return to get the lower price, which I have done. I don't understand this business model, but it's theirs. I will NEVER buy a major appliance from Amazon again. UPDATE: Now $700 less. I got royally F'd.

Heard good things. Read the reviews. Took a stab and tried the tv. In less then 24 hours the screen went out. Left with nothing but dark, muted clouds of color and leaving everything unrecognizable. Even the bright blue Hisense startup logo was gone. Tv looked nice for the 24 hours I used it but a screen going out in less then a day? Come on Hisense...do better

So let me start off by saying that I am coming from a Sony OLED 77 inch tv. My first impression of the HDR is jaw dropping!!! The standard picture looks a bit less impressive. I will say that I have to adjust the picture settings to almost everything I watch. Standard HD streaming shows a lot of backlight under certain settings which is not something I am used to. Last thing, this tv is HEAVY. You will need two people and a hefty mount.

The picture is vivid and bright, and the sound is excellent. I’ve been using it for over a month and everything works perfectly. It offers free access to news, TV, YouTube, and many film, TV, and music apps. The remote is very responsive. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this Hisense TV. 👍

TWICE, I ORDERED THIS U9 75". TWICE, THEY SHOWED UP WITH U8 75"! Amazon support told me that it's Hisense issue tied to Amazon site and that they had similar complaints from others. Wrote to Hisense support with no response! Problem is I wasted about a week each time waiting for the product. Giving up and buying a Samsung

Awesome TV and a decent price for the newest technology. Just know that it is heavy

I WOULD RATE A ZERO IF POSSIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY A HISENSE TELEVISION!!! I am an actual buyer, and my TV did die at 18 months... just after their 1 year warranty. It was having problems before that they knew about, but didn't care about. It will cost over $1000 to fix so now I have to buy a second TV after only 18 months!!! Don't go cheap, new TVs go bad too quick and Hisense lifespans 'can vary' to use their supervisor's own words. Mine varied alright... I went to Best Buy and the rep said to stay within their big 3.. Samsung, Sony and LG. I wish I would have learned that before.. PLEASE DON'T BUY A HISENSE!! And good luck...
