I take a pole class and this does the job!!!! I stick to the pole easily. The green one is a little TOO sticky and my thighs got stuck together once, but the red is perfect. Elevated my performance!!

Super grippy! I was finally able to do a good chair spin using this grip aid. That helped me to get the feeling down and now I can do it without the grip aid. I highly recommend this for new pole dancers. It really helps you to stick to the pole especially if you're learning new tricks and want that added security. A tiny bit goes a long way. I use it fairly often and haven't even gotten half way through the bottle yet. Definitely worth the money. Washes off easily and wipes off the pole easily too. Great product!

I have used a lot of pole grip over the years and this is one of the best pole grips I have used. Super easy to apply, you just squeeze a little bit out and rub your hands together to get it all over them. And then BOOM! You’re like a little tree frog🐸and can stick to the pole without slipping. And a little bit goes a LONNGGGG way and lasts a LONNGGGG time. So if you are into or getting into pole dancing/fitness I highly recommend Monkey Hands. It’s easy to use, a little goes a long way making it worth your money, and it’s not uncomfortable putting it on or taking it off.

Works well for grip on Lyra hoop. I’ve tried multiple different types of grip and this one is my favorite so far.

Hands down the best grip I've tried for pole dancing. Sometimes it has you sticking a little too well. Residue is easily removed from the pole with rubbing alcohol. I do think it may be cheaper to order from their website

Not my favorite pole grip. I want to say that I am only 6 months into dancing and pole tricks, so maybe it could be me as well, but my more sticky pole grip allows me to do way more. I have very sweaty hands and this stuff did not stick well to me once I started sweating. It’s probably the best of the pole grips I did not like, but my favorite one is an aerosol and it’s way stickier.

Great product, you don't need much for this to work, it should last you awhile, overall great value. Keeps my hands and skin (back of knees, inside of elbows, thighs) sticky! Works on hot and cold days, it's perfect for aerial. This is not going to show a white cast, it's pretty clear maybe I bit matte

I’ve tried quite a few grip products over the years for gym training, and Monkey Hands Gel Grip genuinely surprised me. The texture is very different from traditional liquid chalk – it’s more of a gel consistency, which makes it easier to apply evenly without creating dust everywhere. It dries quickly and leaves a strong, secure grip on the bar without feeling overly sticky. I mainly use it for pull-ups and deadlifts, and I noticed a clear improvement in control, especially during higher-rep sets when sweat normally becomes an issue. It also doesn’t cake up or flake off mid-workout. Another big plus is that it washes off easily and doesn’t leave a mess in my gym bag. A small amount goes a long way, so the bottle should last quite a while.

Great to get extra grip on the pole.

This is my third time purchasing this grip because my studio ran out of supply. It works really well for pole dance and provides a strong, reliable grip during training. I also like using it at the gym when they allow it, especially for movements where extra grip helps with control and stability. Overall, it’s a great product that performs well and holds up during intense workouts. Definitely something I keep repurchasing.
