I prefer sheerer foundations for everyday (I use mac face and body) but love this for special occasions, as it's very high coverage. I tend to shy away from high coverage foundations as I usually find them to be drying and mask-like, and they tend to be matte in finish - which is not my preference as I have dry skin. I was pleasantly surprised to find this not to be drying in the slightest and to have a dewy finish! My aunt liked it so much she asked me to order her one. My only qualm with the foundation is that the shade range isn't very extensive. My aunt is a NC35 and 05 matches her perfectly. I'm a NC42, and I purchased 07 which isn't golden enough for my skin tone (although I do think I am the only person with this problem as I have seen a lot of reviews saying the colours run too warm!) I may have to try out 08 to see if I prefer the undertone -I don't usually like mixing foundations but at around £12 a bottle, I think I'll make an exception!
