I bought this pillow because my CPAP mask was getting pushed against my regular pillow, and I had started tilting my head awkwardly while sleeping to avoid pressure on the mask. That small adjustment ended up causing a lot of neck and shoulder pain every morning. After just one night using this pillow, the difference was huge. The cutout gave my mask room, I slept more than nine hours, and I woke up with no neck or shoulder pain for the first time in a while. I had been struggling to sleep even five hours, so this was a big improvement. Very happy with this purchase so far. It made sleeping with a CPAP much more comfortable for me.

This is my third CPAP pillow over many years. My last one was a Lundberg brand pillow. What I like about this new pillow is the two different comfort sides. One side has a soft pad over the main foam pillow. The other side has a cooling gel pad. Foam pillows get so hot- I love that I can cool down with the gel side. The cut outs are in good spots for side sleeping- which I am mostly. I also sleep on my back and stomach at times, and the pillow is comfortable in those positions as well. The company forewarns about a break-in period of a few days. I am glad they included that information because the pillow was very hard the first week. I would have sent it back had I not known about the break-in period. I am very happy with this pillow.

As a side sleeper and CPAP wearer, this is a must have. This is the third pillow in 20 years I have owned and I never sleep without it. (I take it with while traveling. ). Great product.

This is too thick for back sleeping but probably OK for Side sleepers. I tried on thinnest layer and even dude sleeping was not comfortable for ne. It is quite firm. I quit using it after 30 days. Hubby is trying it but not loving it.

(3.5 if possible) This pillow does make sleeping more comfortable, but the “cool” option is misleading. I purchased the cooling version expecting it to regulate temperature, but it doesn’t. On more than one occasion, I woke up overheated, stepped away, and when I returned the pillow was still hot. Update (after several weeks): The cooling option continues to trap heat. Nearly every night I wake up having to flip the pillow because it absorbs and retains warmth instead of dispersing it. I’ve now ordered a PCM cooling pillowcase in hopes it will help. 👉 My advice: Skip the cooling option. Buy the standard pillow and invest in a PCM cooling pillowcase instead. You’ll save money and likely sleep more comfortably.

The pillow seems to help with the issue of the mask sealing. The pillow is smaller than anticipated, but it seems to be helping.

Perfect for a full-face mask!

I just started CPAP 9 days ago, and I'm a side sleeper, so I was looking for a great cut out pillow if course that's comfortable. After watching a few CPAP videos on YT, and this one has always been either the #1 or #2 recommended consistently. Well, I received it 2 days ago, and for 2 days I tried to sleep with it and boy, it's hard as a rock. I changed the inserts around inside the washable case and no difference. Unfortunately I will be returning this pillow. I had high hopes, but waking up with a knot on my neck has led me to return.

When I roll from one side to the other, I have to move the pillow. It's just not long enough. Otherwise, it is a confortable pillow. I removed one layer.
