Nice product. Value for money.

I would have given 5 stars just for the plastic material used I have given 4 stars. The plastic filter used is too brittle and not the edges are not smoothen. While cleaning it hurts a lot.But for the coffee making, the decoction is ultimate. The capacity is also good for small family of 4-5 people

Writing review after 3+ months of usage. Good coffee maker. Have been using preethi brand from 2 decades. Very good long lasting product. Wash the filters with soft toothbrush once every month to keep filters clean.

The perfect filter coffee maker for home it's my second time purchase already b4 12 years i bought same brand after tat recently i purchased some coffee maker brand but totally it's not worth so again i purchased as b4 preethi coffee maker now I am satisfied perfect i love it

Terrible product. Not woth it. The temperatures are look warm. Design it terrible. And you do not have a choice to return the product.

Amazing product. But lacks a lot of features. South Indian Filter coffee machines is an unexplored product space for many brands. Although this is good, could be a lot better with timers or a microcontroller etc.

The steel jug of the machine is sturdy. Somehow the designers have forgotten how the lid over the water tank should fit properly. It remains loose. Water also remains in the container after cut off

I bought this for 3 reasons. 1. It is made by Preethi - Quality brand with quality results. 2. It is not found in retail stores (Bengaluru) 3. It comes in black colour too. Actually, I bought this for my cousin - who insisted in this colour. I am good with any colour. Thanks to Amazon, it was presented with a good price and the shipment was flawless. This product checks "almost" all boxes. Almost. But, the reason why I gave this 4 stars was essentially for the overall build quality. * Cheap plastic - Mug top + Water container lid * The water level readings is not legible enough to go easy on the elderly * It can easily be flipped from the table - I am really not sure how many of you actually experience this I only wish Preethi looks into these comments and works on it. Done well, they can even challenge some well known international brands in this space.

Excellent product , percolates tasty coffee

Don't see any value addition to this new model, except the plastic colour. Water overflow inside the filter is diluting the decoction. very bad design. The thermostat time and filtration time is not matching. Not worth for the money.
