It is simple exercise every body can do it the back ground music is good in this CD there are two type of exercise s one for beginner and one for experienced it is good

This CD is a disappointment. Poor presentation. Poor layout, One is not inspired to do the exercises the way they are presented.

Good exercises and positive motivation by Bipasha. Nice background music. To do it along, you need to view and practice the exercises beforehand.
