First when I received it was a defective product one of the tiffin cap was broken and after exchange it came good one! I hope it’s durable

Useless product
Within two months of my buying the product, one of the boxes developed a huge horizontal crack across all four sides. When I washed to box with crack, it split into two injuring my fingers. I had not done anything to cause it. I handled it carefully and heated the box containing food for about 40 seconds in the microwave. I contacted Borosil and they told me they cannot replace it because according to them, I had `overheated' it (40 secs is overheating!).
