Life Saver
It Solved A Way Lot Of Problems In My House. I Just Had A Baby And We Needed Hot Water Very Frequently For Various Purposes. With This Its Just As Simple As That. We Used To Store Water Bottles In Fridge For Cold Water. With This It's Just A Click Away. I am posting this review after using it for a year and life seems to be impossible without this. Hot Water Is Awesome. Cold Water Is Also Good It gives chilled water in seconds.

NO Value for money
Amazon delivered very well, and the product also works fine till now(Not sure after today, obviously this is a TATA product I am not expecting durability, all TATA products literally come with poor quality ) also I don't suggest this product to anyone because its not worth for this price 7380, it's just a plastic bottle with a small refrigeration system along with hot facility... in my view, it's just worth between 3000 to 5000 Rs... Let me update my review after using this product for the next 2 months...Till then bye...

Worst product
Worst product ever purchased on Amazon. Only cold water is coming in two taps and in other tap water itself not coming. We tried to return the item many times but no response from pickup carrier . Return is also cancelling. It is completely unfair to send defective product and disabling return

Good product
It's easy to install but the product was damaged before arrival and the moment I put the jar on it started leaking and then i replaced this product. Delivery boy does not install the product and we have to set up another call for installation of you can't do it of your own. I am not sure if this leakage will again happen while in use with the replaced product as well. Price seems but high. Editing this review after 3 years of use and I must say it’s worth purchasing.

It's not working properly after 7-8 months ...
It's good but not best.. this one create the problem after some time... After 1 year its performance is completely decreasing. Pleased think before purchase.. bluestar is better option... I have bluestar product also..
