Return of Old HP 678 Black Ink
Received a old Cartridge, which was manufactured during AUG 25. Hence adviced to return the item. I have been advised to contact Hp. Tried to contact hp on phone no. as indicated in " Amazon Application". But understand that the no. is not valid.

The external package was looking good, but the internal cartridge cover and A4 size JK paper packed was fully damaged.
