Ideal in our guest room and very versatile for varying needs. I was going to order a couple of foam mattress toppers but the bed is very comfortable without. Very very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it. Review: Would be ZERO STARS if I could - DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! Where to start!! DO NOT be fooled by the photo because I can 100% say that is not what I received. There is not 1 screw in these beds they are held together with staples. The wood is unfinished and has so many knots in which is one of the reasons I sent it back , another is the fact STAPLES have been used instead of screws, the worst is the fact the top of each bed has card approximately 5mm thick at most. Plus it doesn't have enough slates on either bed and considering the photo shows there are many more slates than the bed I received. The material covering said frame was that thin you could see the knots of wood through it. You can see marks under the packaging on the mattresses, plus I didn't think spring mattresses should be stored like that. These are certainly not safe to sleep on I wouldn't trust my 3month old grandson on them let alone an adult and as this was brought for my mum to come and stay. I also question whether the fire safety labels are genuine. Plus why is desertcart allowing people to sell such dangerous products.
