I started drinking a few of STOKED's whole-bean blends a while back when I'm at home and have a full grinder-kettle-french press set up because I love their medium roast & single origin, but I travel a lot and have early mornings in hotels, camps, or just Airbnbs where there is little to no coffee or there's terrible crystallized freeze-dried instant coffee "product".STOKED Instant isn't anything like other instant coffees, while it won't beat the actual STOKED beans fresh-ground into my French Press, it's the closest I've ever found to the real thing and, frankly, a lot closer than I ever thought possible for micro-ground instant coffee to get to the complexity of taste & texture in proper cup of coffee. In fact, it's better than a lot of drip/brewed coffee I've had at restaurants, coffee shops, etc.Like previous reviewers have lamented (and some have lambasted for?
