I'm on my 4th week of daily use. For me, this supplement saves the quality of my daily life. I'm 3 years post op gallbladder removal. I was dealing with daily gastric problems with uncontrolled diarrhea being the the biggest. Yes, I watch what I eat...fried foods, fatty foods etc. But, I was so desperate living with extra clothes in my purse, watching where and when I leave the house. I was always "timing" all my errands. I choose Dr Mercola's enzymes because it is a "delayed" it passes through the stomach to get to my small intestines. I had a few days of getting use to it... only a little gas (but no pains). The day after I started I had no stomach issues. It's been almost 4 weeks and I don't have to worry about having to be close to a restroom. This supplement is worth trying and is affordable. Please try it... it is a life changer!!!

After gallbladder removal I became very sensitive to certain foods. I take one a day just before a meal. It has stopped the sudden urge to use the restroom after eating anything fatty, oils, butter, etc.

If you are in need of digestive enzymes and the bile then it’s worth it.I have gallstone issue so I stopped taking it because after 3 days, I was so bloated and gassy. If you find the right amount to take for your body, I think it does do what it says it does.

This might be long but worth the read..I had my gallbladder removed at 20 years old, am currently 41. Since the removal I’ve struggled with severe GI issue- GERD, IBS, to name a few. My food also would just sit at the top of my stomach for forever! It was extremely uncomfortable at times. I was always taking gas X or indigestion meds like tums after every meal and felt constantly bloated. MISERABLE is putting it lightly.I did read that digestive enzymes help and they did up until recently. Nothing was moving and when it did I was always in so much pain. I had also added ox bile just this past year and that helped, until it didn’t.Upon more research I found these and let me tell you- THESE ARE GOLD! I stopped the other digestive enzymes and ox bile and only took this and I noticed a huge difference the first night! My food digested, I didn’t have any indigestion and going to the bathroom the next morning was much more comfortable. (Sorry TMI). I am so glad I found these, it’s seriously been so much more amazing. I don’t feel weighed down anymore and my moods are a lot better- because I feel better! These have been a miracle for me. I recently had my gallbladder removed and still had bloating and gas pains after a meal. The directions say take before your biggest meal but I take as needed.

Does anyone pee smell strong like skunk after taking this enzimes? Please let me know .
