The very best of cold pressed coconut oil! The oils smell really good and feels smooth to the touch. This oil can be used for all purposes including cooking, Hair etc. I have used for dressing my salads and even at times for my hair. This leaves my hair feeling smooth and shiny! Much much better than the regular branded coconut oils. Now the question maybe - Why cold pressed oils. ... This conventional method is preferred because it produces the highest oil yield, cheaper and faster. Cold pressing is another method of oil extraction, which subjects the oil to very low heat and preserves the bioactive compounds in the oil. You may ask what exactly does cold pressed Coconut oil mean? Cold-pressed coconut oil is produced in a heat-controlled environment and is supposed to be processed at temperatures that donโt exceed 120 degrees, resulting in a high-quality oil. By comparison, expeller-pressed coconut oil may be processed at around 210 degrees, whereas refined coconut oils tend to be processed at upwards of 400 degrees, degrading the quality of the oil Very happy with this product and fully recommend this. 5*/5* โ๏ธ

Expired.
It was expired by 5 months. Expired 6/24/2022 and purchased in Nov. It had a strong chemical odor not sure if it was due to being old or if it has that when it is still good.
