It is one of the best protein powders that I have tried. The chocolate flavor is really intense and the quality of powder seems superior. I apprecite that they have also added extra herbs to increase the nutritional quality. I take it as my post workout drink and it satiates me and also helps with recovery. Very happy with the purcahse and I will be using this as my regular protein powder now.

Negative point: It smells like medicine (It tastes good with milk but ) It tastes awful with water Position point -It is very light to digest -No bloating,No heavyness at all -Easily blends in water as well as in milk -taste good with milk (little bit of medicine smell/taste but bearable)

Very bad taste and it gives you cramps and farts like hell

The things i liked about this product :- 1 - Mixability is very good, no lumps were observed by me. 2 - You can authenticate the product by a code given on the seal. 3 - No need to search for scoop inside the whey as it is provided outside of the packet. 4 - The taste is balanced, not too strong and not too light. 5 - 1 scoop provides 23g protein and 5.5 g BCAA that will help in building lean muscle mass and help in recovery.

Bought Oziva Protein & herbs (500gm) from Amazon last week. Here are my reviews : 1. This whey protein is quite stomach freindly ( no bloating experience ; I took it with water ) 2. I liked all the ayurvedic components in it which makes it more healthy. 3. Chocolate flavour which i ordered is very light & dim. It should have been little stronger to taste better. 4. I felt price to be on little higher side considering other ayurvedic whey proteins. 5. Excellent customer service from Ozivia, especially providing free diet plan based on their goals
