It cost Rs 40/- (Per piece of 35 gm bar) in comparison to ritebite bar which costs Rs 95/- (per piece of 67 gm bar) - Consists of about 11% proteins, Good fats and no cholesterol. Two of these should substitute for a meal. Cons: - Gives 5.5 gm of protein per serving whereas ritebite which is double the quantity (67 gm) provides 20 gm of protein which is almost 4 times. - 8.2 gm of fat where as ritebite which is double the quantity consists of 9.8 gm of fat.
