Don’t buy this one G8 GT Stock
I replaced mine a month ago no more no less and just today on the highway my driveshaft started knocking again. I don’t beat on my car so no racing or full throttle just Norma driving and for it to fail already is horrible design. Just a tip when you do you’rs - you don’t need to take the exhaust off. Just unbolt the muffler bulge and take the hangers off the plastic. You’ll have enough room to take the driveshaft out.

Good replacement
The pontiac G8 GT is a fun car to drive and own however, this car is weird when replacing parts. Luckily this was not the case with this drive shaft unit. Replaced this along with the rear gears (stock 2.93 gears to 3.27) for a nice pickup in acceleration and torque with tune of course.
