Why the Full Capacity is Not 128GB For a New Drive?

Display capacity of 128GB SSD often appears as around 116GB on Windows. MacOS typically shows full 128GB. This display capacity reduction is from algorithms differences in which 1GB is interpreted as 1024MB on Windows and 1000MB on SSDs

Why I can't Reach 500MB/s

The Crystaldiskmark testing speed for 6Gbps is expected to reach 500+MB/s. You can use CDM testing tools to verify this. In daily use, actual transfer speed depends on factors such as interface, protocols, cables, computer performance and files

Why Runs Hot When Using?

Heat generation is a natural occurrence in high-performance SSDs during intensive read/write tasks. This phenomenon is exacerbated during warmer seasons, much like how smartphones tend to heat up more in summer due to higher ambient temperatures.

To prevent data loss, please perform safe eject operation on your computer before unplugging the SSD and Wait until you hear the prompt before removing the device. Do not unplug the SSD during a file transfer task. Unplug it when transfer finishes.

Why are Lightning port iPhone models not supported?

Lightning ports are not supported due to insufficient power output. The port's limited capability can only support basic flash drives and is below the requirement for a high-performance external solid-state drive (SSD)
