they are great for pregnant women omega 3 needs!
i’ve used these for a few months and they’re great! i get all the benefits i need from them as a pregnant woman. only downsides: they’re HUGE, they do smell funky and you do get fishy burps which are absolutely nasty lol. i don’t let it sit in my mouth long enough to notice a taste, but i think they go down just fine since they’re coated. but i would say that you get the value for the money you spend! i have not noticed any energy level changes, but i’m not sure if that was listed as a benefit. but i recommend them!

Every woman should have these!! At 50 these help me in so many ways , brain helps joints and it also helps heart health . If you don’t get enough fish in your diet I highly recommend.
