These are highly absorbent, but that causes a problem with heavy bleeds because the blood wicks right through and drips out the other end with nothing to stop the flow. They're fine for light bleeds or a runny nose.

These are pretty cheap in cost. I didn’t find price comparisons but I feel it’s a standard cost. I coach J.O. Wrestling and at this stage, there’s a fair amount of accidental bloody noses. They know to run to coach R and get plugged up and hit the mat again. I do rip them in half for the youngest kids but leave it in full for the 7 year olds and up. I don’t ever want to see someone sniff one up into their sinus cavity and have to explain that to a parent. I’ve had a close call with my own kid so… learn from me ppl! I buy a kit every year, if not twice a year. And to be blatantly honest, my boys rough house and are young and dumb so when we travel somewhere, I literally try to remember to put a few in my pocket. I’m embarassed to admit how many blood noses we’ve had just during a car ride. Their Worth their weight in gold and are such a quick and simple fix.

Long for my nostril but works well

The stopper plugs are great but are a bit too narrow for my nose. They are convenient and better than rolled up tissue.
