Pleasant taste!
I’m so pleasantly surprised! I expected a horrible taste, but NO. It’s mild and pleasantly sweet. I could take it directly from the spoon, but it is very nice in my minty cocoa left over from Christmas. I’m hoping for a gentle immune boost and better brain function. The results will be hard to gage. But if I notice any good benefits I will update. I expect an increase in focus may take a while to discern. It’s not like I can’t play checkers and then I will be. But since this mushroom extract complex is standardized to the content of the beneficial beta-glucans, it seems like a better bang for the buck than say mushroom coffee or cocoa, which sometimes is stranded at the bottom of the cup. I just mixed this in a cup of cocoa. It’s liquid. So there won’t be residue in the cup.

Used it every morning until the bottle ran out. I was unable to discern any impact either positive or negative. I have used some other products that have impacted my energy and mental clarity.

Works for me
I take this along with the Mycomax Lions Mane Extract. I have noticed improved clarity and energy. The taste is sickly sweet with a slightly bitter aftertaste, but it's worth it for the benefits.
