I use this as a hair mask/shampoo no more than once a week to maintain my color Since I don't use this daily, it lasts a LONG time so the price is worth it. The shampoo is a VERY deep/dark pigmented purple color. If leave it in too long or use it too often, my hair will end up like dark purple so probably use it only occasionally if you want a light purple. It does work as a shampoo for cleaning hair. After use, my hair is clean and moisturized. It has a nice light almost floral scent to it and it’s easy to get foamy.

This is my third or fourth time using it (I wash my hair once a week) and this is what I think so far: The shampoo has a nice scent to it and it left my hair feeling soft. It didn't left my hair feeling dry and I really liked that. Regarding the color; It's not super pigmented but it helps to cover some of that yellow if your hair is bleached (like mine) so you can wait a little bit to retouch the color. Just don't expect it to be like super pigmented hair dye. This helps if you don't want your hair to look like it needs new color immediately.

I bought the pink shampoo and used it for the first time today. I like the fact that it doesn’t dry out my hair and it colors evenly. But, the shampoo adds a brassy tone which made my pink hair rose gold. Although it’s not an unfortunate color to have but it’s not the color I’d expected.

I wanted this to work, but i found that it didn’t make a difference to the color of my hair. the smell was okay, the only thing is my scalp… there was no visible difference with my hair but this shampoo (the only thing different in my routine) caused my scalp to start flaking so much. it’s never happened with any shampoo or dye, until this time. i don’t find it worth it :( now i’m 20 something dollars down with an itchy, flaky scalp.
