Helps with pain
If you donโt already know it, being dehydrated can make all your aches and pains so much worse. As someone with an autoimmune condition I rely on this stuff as a quick way to significantly decrease pain!

New look, but great flavor
Love this stuff, this is the first time buying the new can, or look. Wasnโt sure if it was different or not. But great flavor, right fizz, and hopefully better than an energy drink.

Finally, a smaller size!
I love the taste of these but hate how much sodium is in a can. (Not good for those of us with high BP!) However, this size feels like the perfect serving. Itโs my go to after a sweaty workout.
