Parfait for a healthy, yummy breakfast!
My favorite cereal. It is like dessert in the morning for breakfast. I start with a flavored yogurt, add some of this cereal, and then fruit. You don't need to add any sugar. It could be considered a parfait. The cereal stays crunchy. 😋 I've enjoyed this for months. Even I'm surprised I'm not bored with it.

Fresh boxes with same great taste
The cereal arrived in great shape..unusual for Amazon so a nice surprise. The expiration date was several months in the future, so no issues on that front. I opened a box and the cereal was fresh. The sugar, fiber and other ingredients were more than OK! I also liked that the box size was 16oz, which lets me go through the box more quickly. I'm very happy I made this purchase, and if it's on sale again in the future, I will be re-ordering.

Really good
I'm really not a cereal lover but I love this cereal! It's soft but crispy, sweet with dates and nuts. More filling than those artificial colors and sugar cereals. Plus I feel like I'm doing something good for myself & digestion without a sugar crash. Give it a try if like the ingredients.

great alone and lot of fiber
this cereal is very good to mix with other cereal. Husband mixes with corn flakes and fruit.
