This product seems to really help me with many issues. I'm less sore after workouts, I feel less anxiety and stress, and my mood is much better. It does have a chalky taste, but it's not bad and I've gotten used to it. IT's to be expected. My only question is that the product claims to have 12 parts per billion and the Dr. Mercola version with the same amount of elemental magnesium only claims to have 8 parts per million. So, somebody is wrong! I would certainly buy this again, but I think the Dr. Mercola version is probably more realistic in the total hydrogen in the product. I'm going to buy it next time to see if I can tell a difference!

Did not disolve quickly. Takes 3-4 minutes regardless of water temp. Did not notice any change in anxiety or other possible benefits that were mentioned. Will try another brand that is less expensive & third party tested.
