13 to 19 years old will get the most of this book. But after all it's effective for those who wants to be effected..

Excellent work book. Very useful

It a beautiful book to work on. but buy the main book read that and simultaniously ask teen to do the same. Its a life changer.

I bought nine copies of this workbook for any one of my teenage students who were interested. My students were so excited about this book that after a student asked, "Can we get one now?", several students immediately got out of their seats to come up and took a copy; I've received a thank you note from a parent already, and I regularly see a student carrying her copy around from class to class. I like how this workbook incorporates most all of the material from the book itself, but allows space to write in their answers to the questions the book provides, plus adds more thought provoking questions. I will definitely be buying more copies for more students and encourage my own children to read this.

I liked the original book and ordered this for an LIT (Leader In Training) program at a camp. I am very pleased with how the material is presented, and the 16-18 year-olds are engaged with the material. They will be taking 7 weeks to go through the material, and it is off to a great start. I ordered one workbook as well to use as a guideline to facilitate the discussions and learning opportunities.

I am still awaiting the original book to arrive. This workbook arrived earlier. I purchased it used because my nephew is not too keen on reading and there are no other children in our household atm. The description of the condition was defined as, 'fair'. Some kid had scribbled a few responses in pencil. My curiosity grew with the meaningful questions as I thumbed through the pages - and this unknown child's response to these. It seemed like they had already read the original book and were ready to get to work on themselves. The maturity in the responses warmed my heart and the one that stood out the most was - 'what do you want to be when you grow up?'. 'Kind', this child had written! I'm having goosebumps as I type this. Written for younger minds, but I am left believing that every single one of us can benefit from this self-guided workshop.
