Works as advertised with a lot of "ifs and buts". The phone lacks a lot of things primarily dual VoLTE support. Battery life is decent only on a single 4G sim; add another SIM and you'll need to charge it daily. There are a lot of companies that bar their employees from carrying a smartphone for several reasons (read security) this is a perfect one for such niche cases cos this lacks a camera!!! The OS could have been better, heck the old Symbian 40 series had more to offer! Not many customising options, but it has a way to sync contacts with android which was a nice bonus feature if you ask me. Thirdly, the old build quality associated with NOKIA is dead let us not beat around the bush and directly HMD Global killed NOKIA's reputation of solid build quality. If you know you need this phone you know. And you don't have many choices in this category.

Wanted a Key pad basic phone for my aged mother who is a little shaky due to her age and unable to continue using her smart phone. Having solid experience with legendary Nokia 3310 went for this model as most other models do not support Jio Sim. Build quality: Pathetic as compared to rock solid, reliable 3310. It is a cheap, delicate plastics. Keys are very fragile. Back cover is so flimsy that it may last just 10-15 open and close cycle! Good quality toy phones are of better build quality than this real phone. Not much different from cheap unbranded China phones. Sound quality: Simply Bad. Not sure whether all key pad phone sounds are so bad or this one is particularly bad. There is a huge difference from your usual smart phone. Clarity, Sound Quality, Noise are visibly bad. Network: Yet to check as our home got good connectivity Battery: Seems OK to last 2-3 days with minimal usage. Summary: When a very decent Smartphone is available in 6-8K, these kinds of key pad phone must be priced at 1K. At 2.5K, this phone is absolutely not Value for Money considering poor sound and flimsy build quality. Bottomline is, you do not have any Value for Money option in Key Pad Phone that also support 4G Jio Sim. Update after 2-3 months usage: Phone restarts automatically. Phone restarts when recent call list icon is pressed. Phone hangs frequently. Pathetic phone. Absolutely not recommended. Such poor quality is unimaginable from Nokia. Not sure whether Nokia is taken over by some Chine company.

I received the phone 4 days back and I was shocked when it gave me only 6 hrs of charging.. so, returned it and got another phone. The phone is compact and the call quality is great. I actually expected a lot after seeing Jio phones but these Nokia phones are perfect for the old people who only use their phones for calls, For 4G technology maybe he charged more for us. Here the keypad is so cozy and very comfortable in dialing. But Nokia needs to work on software and try to give more like Jio phones.. if Nokia starts giving more options like Jio phone then people really buy Nokia keypad phones. finally, got a good handset for 4G who don't use the internet at all.
