My choice for a great protein supplement!
I enjoy using this Fairlife protein shake. It was a recommendation from my endocrinologist for my protein supplement. The 30g protein content, nutrients, and over all ingredients fit the bill. It tastes good and is easily digestible. It is a good value for the money and is also lactose free for those individuals that need a lactose free protein supplement. I have ordered this product numerous times!

Taste great and good bang for the buck
These shakes not only taste fantastic but the texture is creamy and the chocolate flavor delicious. I like to freeze them so that it is more like ice cream. But, the main reason I bought them is because my personal trainer recommended that I increase my protein to support muscle growth. These have 30 grams of protein at only 150 calories which is crazy great. Plus, only 2 grams of sugar and they are lactose free for those of us intolerant like myself. And did I mention they taste great, lol.
