Customer agents should priorities our plight as consumers
The gimble is working just fine and I am getting my hands accustomed to the device, maybe a little drawback being that maybe since this was a replacement of the original Device which got lost whilst intransit, I did not get the protective bag and the colour coded filters and the hand strap as was on the original piece that I had bought. Otherwise it is well. Improvements should be on deliveries to avoid unnecessary delays.

The sturdy grip and premium design along with the perfect movement response. I would advise anyone if you’re serious about filmmaking/ content creation not to waste your money on cheaper models as they are misleading and c###. You can’t go wrong with this gimbal! 10/10
